Step 1: Connect your Modem or NOKIA PC or bluetooth connection.. Using etisalat as APN.

Step 2: After that Connection, Open any of your browser you got on ur pc e.g MOZILLA Goto TOOLS ==> OPTIONS ==> ADVANCED ==> SETTINGS, Choose manual settings.
